Premium cars are getting more expensive while younger customers deprioritize car ownership. The goal of Audi on demand is to provide easy and convenient access to the wide range of Audi premium cars through a service. To enable this service and to avoid customer churn, the product presentation, the booking process, and the delivery of the service must be an effortless experience.
My work included everything from high-level concepts, to the development of wireframes and mockups, to pixel-perfect designs of the booking app, and the detailed specification of user requirements. In this project, it was very important to precisely coordinate the requirements for the various actors (e.g., customers, fleet managers, booking managers, concierges, etc.), across multiple countries and cultures.
